Our promise
If a piece isn't right, we make it easy. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange most items.
How to start a return
Email hello@whiskeyoakboutique.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send a prepaid label and simple instructions.
Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached, returned in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
- Prefer a different size or color? Choose an exchange and we'll ship the new piece as soon as your return is on its way.
A few exceptions
For hygiene and made-to-order reasons, final-sale items, custom-made hats, and pierced jewelry can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. Damaged or incorrect items are always ours to fix - just reach out and we'll make it right.
